The Farmhouse
Welcome to the Orchard Farmhouse, a light and airy vacation rental property sleeping up to 24 people just a mile down the lane from New Hampshire's crown jewel, Lake Winnipesaukee.

Set in nearly 10 acres of lawn, apple orchards and woods, the rambling farmhouse dates from 1872. There are eleven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen, two dining rooms, two living rooms, a screened porch and a gazebo.
Formerly a bed & breakfast, the Orchard Farmhouse is the perfect place to slow down and relax with friends and family, unplug and unwind with a gentle hike at nearby Castle in the Clouds, or take a cooling dip in one of the region's many lakes. There is even a "secret" swimming hole in the brook at the back the of the property!

If pristine perfection is what you're after then this is not the property for you. If you find exposed brick and beams, uneven wood floorboards and other such quirks of a bygone era charming then you'll feel right at home here. The house is stylish, comfortable and cosy, but the real feature is the raw beauty of the Lakes Region, a stunning natural playground that offers four seasons of fun and adventure.

The farmhouse is available year round for rental by the week or long weekend. The farmhouse is the perfect spot for bridal parties, wedding guests, retreats, and family reunions. The farmhouse is also available for photo and film shoots.
The Owners
Tom Randell and Shannon Fairchild have owned the farmhouse since 2010. They divide their time between London (UK) and New Hampshire. A caretaker lives on site year round.
